Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the TV wall-mounting services provided by Santa Clarita TV Mounting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide residential TV wall-mounting and related services (mounts, wire concealment, soundbar mounting, and similar) in the Santa Clarita Valley, California.

Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on this website and in the quote quiz are estimates for typical jobs and are not a binding offer. Your final price is confirmed after we review your details and, where needed, see the installation site. Estimates may change based on wall type, TV size, access, add-ons, and other on-site conditions.

Scheduling, changes, and cancellation

We will confirm your appointment before we arrive. Please provide safe access to the work area and let us know of any special conditions in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on our site.

Workmanship warranty

Our installation workmanship is covered by our stated warranty. The warranty covers our installation work and does not cover the TV or hardware manufacturers’ products, damage from misuse, alterations by others, or normal wear. Contact us if anything related to our workmanship needs attention.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your TV, wall, and location;
• Ensure you have the authority to authorize the installation at the address;
• Disclose known hazards (electrical, plumbing, structural) in the work area.
